Uline seeks a Bilingual Collections Analyst to support timely payments and customer relationships across its North American company. You will manage accounts, resolve past-due balances, maintain records, and collaborate with Cash Applications, Credit, Customer Service, and Sales. The schedule runs Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage assigned customer accounts through phone and email
- Identify root causes behind past-due balances
- Partner with customers on payment solutions
- Document collection activity and customer interactions accurately
- Collaborate across teams to reduce aging and bad debt

Requirements:

- Fluent written and verbal English and French
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Collections, accounts receivable, or customer service experience preferred
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Solid customer-focused communication and solution-oriented thinking
