Opportunity: We are seeking a Live-In House Parent to provide a safe, reliable, family-based home for children and youth who need enhanced therapeutic support beyond what a traditional foster home can provide. Guided by the philosophy of Ordinary Life with Extraordinary Support, the Live-In House Parent will be the primary caregiver, supported by a professional team dedicated to helping children thrive. This is a live-in role in North Bay, ON. Role: The live-in House Parent will reside in a Society-owned home and take on a primary parenting role, providing children with consistent, nurturing care, everyday family routines, and a safe, stable home where they can build trust, develop life skills, and thrive. Responsibilities include:
• Living with the children and taking on primary parenting role.
• Providing daily care, guidance, and consistent family routines.
