We’re a busy, active family of five in Nanaimo looking for a warm, reliable and proactive part time nanny to become a trusted part of our family’s routine We have three children (ages 5, 3 and 1), with the primary responsibility being care for our youngest daughter while our boys are at school and childcare. We’re looking for two consistent full workdays per week, ideally Tuesday through Thursday, with occasional opportunities for additional hours. We’d love to find someone who can become a familiar, trusted presence in our children’s lives. We don’t have much support, so having someone open to occasional evenings, date nights and additional childcare support when I’m travelling for work would be a huge bonus. Any extra hours would be discussed and arranged in advance. Our ideal person is kind, dependable,
confident with young children and naturally proactive. Someone who enjoys getting outside, planning activities and helping with light household tasks when time allows. We’re offering $23–$25/hour depending on experience and responsibilities, and are hoping to find someone interested in a consistent, long-term arrangement.
