This Construction/Renovation Estimator develops detailed estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and overheads. The position analyzes drawings, evaluates sites, and engages suppliers and subcontractors. It also supports budgets, stakeholder communication, documentation, and regulatory alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare detailed project cost estimates with the Senior Estimator
- Analyze architectural drawings, blueprints, and project specifications
- Conduct site visits and verify project measurements
- Solicit bids and evaluate supplier and subcontractor proposals
- Maintain estimates,

Requirements:

- Construction estimating experience, preferably on multi-residential or commercial projects
- Post-secondary construction management or engineering education preferred
- Advanced construction estimation software and Microsoft Office skills
- Knowledge of construction materials, techniques, and processes
- Authorization to work in Canada
