• We are looking for a Senior Support engineer to take over the leadership of the Pubweb Support team.

Key Responsibilities
• This onsite resource will join an operations team responsible for supporting and enhancing two systems.

• Retail customer facing portal and integration/authorization platform.
• Day-to-day work involves triaging and resolving support tickets, implementing enhancements, and coordinating with platform team on infrastructure-related matters.
• Will also be responsible for contributing to regular status and performance reporting with IT and Business leadership. Required:

* Experience supporting API-based applications without a UI layer
* Ability to work directly with client stakeholders and triage production issues in a managed services context. Nice to have:
* Moneris or other payment experience
* Sitecore CMS experience (XM/XP or Sitecore managed cloud)
* Experience with IIS-hosted .
