Role Description This is a full-time, remote, 100% commission-based position for an Insurance Sales Broker specializing in Auto, Home, and Commercial Insurance. This position is strictly commission-based, with no base salary or guaranteed hourly compensation. Earnings are directly tied to individual sales performance and business production, offering motivated individuals the chance to grow their income by developing and maintaining their own book of business. The Insurance Sales Broker will be responsible for prospecting and acquiring new clients, assessing personal and commercial insurance needs, and providing tailored coverage solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating leads, preparing insurance quotes, presenting proposals, submitting new business applications, and assisting clients with renewals and policy changes. The role requires building and maintaining a strong book of business through referrals, networking, relationship management, and proactive sales efforts.



Brokers will work closely with insurance companies and underwriting teams to secure competitive coverage options while ensuring regulatory compliance and accurate documentation. * Candidates should possess knowledge of Auto, Home, and Commercial Insurance, including coverage options, underwriting guidelines, and policy structures.
* Candidates must hold a valid RIBO licence in Ontario or be eligible to obtain one before conducting regulated insurance activities.
* Strong sales, prospecting, and business development skills, with the ability to generate leads and build a sustainable book of business.
* Excellent customer service skills, including active listening, relationship building, and the ability to explain insurance products clearly and professionally.
* Comfortable working in a 100% commission-based environment with no guaranteed base salary, where compensation is dependent on sales results.
* Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop relationships with clients and insurance company representatives.
* Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently in a remote environment while meeting production goals.
* Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple clients, quotes, applications, and follow-ups.
* Previous experience in insurance sales, brokerage, account management, or a related sales-focused role is considered an asset.
* Proficiency with CRM systems, insurance quoting platforms, and common office software is an asset.
* A strong entrepreneurial mindset and a commitment to building long-term client relationships and growing a successful insurance portfolio.
