to qualify. Treble Health is an audiology company focused on tinnitus and hearing care. We are hiring in Canada for this remote job. We help people across the USA through telehealth and through our clinics in Charlotte, Philadelphia, Silicon Valley, New York, and New England. Many of the people who reach out to us have been struggling with hearing loss or ringing in their ears, and the first phone call they have with us matters a lot. The role We're building a speed-to-lead team. When someone fills out a form on one of our websites, you call them within a minute. You'll be the first real human they talk to: warm, clear, and helpful. Your job is to understand what they're dealing with, explain how we can help, and book them with one of our audiologists. You'll work out of our high-tech CRM and dialer, and you'll start on our telehealth tinnitus brand before expanding to our in-person hearing loss and tinnitus clinics.

What you'll do
• Call new leads within 60 seconds of a form fill during your shift
• Have real conversations with people about their tinnitus or hearing concerns and book them with an audiologist
• Follow up by phone and text with people you didn't reach
• Keep clean notes and statuses in GoHighLevel
• Hit daily goals for speed-to-lead, conversations,



and appointments that show Who you are
• 2+ years in phone-based sales or inside sales (hearing care, dental, LASIK, med spa, Medicare, or similar is a big plus)
• Friendly and calm on the phone, especially with older callers
• Comfortable asking for the appointment and handling "let me think about it"
• Organized and quick with a CRM
• Based in the U.
S. with a quiet home workspace and reliable internet
• Available full-time, Monday to Friday, for one of these shifts: 8:00am to 5:00pm ET, or 8:00am to 5:00pm PT
• This is your only job. We're looking for people who want to be fully focused on this team. Compensation
• $45,000 to $55,000 base salary
• Monthly bonus for every appointment you book that shows to their appointment with the doctor
