Nuvollo is growing, and we are looking for an organized, driven Project Manager, Internal Initiatives to help move strategic projects forward across our North American MSP and technology services organization. This is a excellent opportunity for an early-career project management professional with 3–5 years of experience who enjoys bringing structure to complex initiatives, coordinating stakeholders, and turning plans into results. What You Will Do
• Lead and coordinate internal projects across HR, Finance, Operations, Technology, and Corporate Services
• Support post-acquisition integration initiatives and workstreams
• Help drive outstanding integration projects and operational improvement initiatives through to completion
• Coordinate infrastructure and technology transformation projects, including VMware migrations, Hyper-V migrations, and cloud/platform modernization
• Facilitate project meetings, status reporting, risk tracking, and executive updates
• Partner with department leaders to drive accountability, execution, and successful outcomes What We are Looking For
• 1–5 years of project management or project coordination experience
• CAPM, PMP, Agile, Scrum,



or a similar certification, or actively working toward one
• Strong organization, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at the same time
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and project management tools
• Experience with M&A; integration, system implementation, or business transformation is an asset
• MSP experience is a strong asset
• Exposure to VMware, Hyper-V, cloud, or infrastructure migration projects is preferred Why Join Nuvollo?
