We are looking for a hard-working experienced lawyer who has excellent communication skills. Ideal candidates will be dedicated to building and maintaining a strong and resilient client base. The ability to successfully manage your own files from retention to resolution is a necessity. With all the technology to work in the office or hybrid from home, our lawyers can balance the needs of their legal practice alongside of a healthy life. In our collegial and supportive team environment, the successful candidate with thrive managing their own files, while enjoying the support of experienced legal and management teams. Expectations include active involvement in social events and networking opportunities to promote both their own practice as well as the firm.
With a very manageable annual billing target and balance fee-split renumeration with room for advancement. We are looking to welcome a long-term colleague committed to personal and professional advancement and growth. Contract includes administration, professional support staff, firm marketing, technology, software, private office, boardroom, meeting spaces, and secure parking.
