We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale CRM and business application solutions. ?

Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end solution architecture for Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations.
• Design scalable solutions using Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), Power Platform, and Dataverse.
• Architect integrations with Azure services, SAP, ERP systems, contact center platforms, and third-party applications.
• Define architecture standards, integration patterns, security, and governance frameworks.
• Provide technical leadership to development, testing, and implementation teams.
• Lead data migration, reporting strategies, and enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and senior leadership on solution roadmaps. ? Required Skills
• 10–15 years of IT experience, with strong Dynamics 365 architecture expertise.




• Expertise in Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing/Customer Insights).
• Solid knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
• Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, and Service Bus.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Entra ID, and ALM practices.
• Experience with enterprise integrations, Agile delivery, and technical leadership. ? Preferred Qualifications
• Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect Expert certification.
• Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification.
• Experience in financial services, insurance, healthcare, or public sector.
• Experience leading global delivery teams and multiple projects.
