Role Description This is a full time remote role focused on supporting clients with their insurance needs and policy-related inquiries. Day-to-day responsibilities include contacting leads, scheduling virtual meetings, presenting benefit options, and guiding clients through the application and enrollment process. The role involves maintaining accurate records, managing follow-ups, and providing ongoing policy support. Team members collaborate with colleagues and leadership through online platforms, participate in training and development sessions,



and consistently meet performance and compliance standards while working independently from a home office. Qualifications
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in virtual meetings, phone calls, emails, and messages.
• Strong customer service skills, including active listening, empathy, and problem-solving when addressing client needs.
• Comfort with remote work tools and basic digital literacy, including video conferencing, CRM systems, and online documentation.
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple client interactions, follow-ups, and deadlines.
• Self-motivated mindset with the ability to work independently, meet goals, and adapt to changing priorities.
• High level of integrity and attention to detail in handling confidential client information and regulatory requirements.
• Previous experience in sales, insurance, financial services, or customer-facing roles is beneficial but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in business, communications, or related fields is a plus.
