Position : Workday Prism analytics consultant

Location:
Canada
- 100% remote contract Mandatory

Skills:
Workday Prism | Data Transformation | Data Modeling | Workday Reporting | HCM/Finance | Solution Architecture Mandatory Skills & Experience
• 10–20 years of overall IT/ERP/Data & Analytics experience, with strong Workday experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Workday Prism Analytics.
• Robust experience with Prism data ingestion, datasets, derived datasets, data transformation, and publishing.
• Strong expertise in Workday Reporting and Analytics, including custom reports and dashboards.
• Strong understanding of Workday HCM and/or Financial Management data models and business processes.
• Experience combining Workday and external data sources for analytics and reporting.




• Strong understanding of data modeling, data transformation, data quality, and data reconciliation.
• Good understanding of Workday security as it relates to reporting and analytics.
• Experience designing enterprise reporting and analytics solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
