Immirra is looking for a proactive, creative and results-oriented Marketing & Sales Coordinator to help our brand grow. This role combines digital marketing, video content creation, lead management and sales follow-up. You will help manage the client journey from discovering our content to booking a consultation and signing a retainer agreement. We’re looking for someone who takes ownership, brings fresh ideas and follows through. We assist individuals and families looking to come to or remain in Canada. What You’ll Do Marketing & Content Creation
• Manage our social media accounts and content calendar.
• Develop content ideas, scripts, captions and calls to action.
• Coordinate and direct on-camera recordings with our team.
• Film video content at our office.
• Edit videos for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and other platforms.
• Create Reels, stories, carousels, posts and other digital content.
• Track content performance and use results to improve marketing efforts.
• Recommend and implement strategies to grow our audience and strengthen our brand. Lead Management & Sales
• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries through social media, phone and email.
• Follow up consistently with prospective clients and maintain clear records.




• Convert inquiries into booked consultations against agreed monthly targets.
• Coordinate consultation bookings and reminders.
• Follow up after consultations and service proposals to support conversion into signed retainer agreements.
• Meet agreed sales targets through professional, service-focused communication.
• Keep lead information, sales activity and follow-up tasks current in our CRM.
• Refer immigration eligibility and advice questions to our licensed consultants. Systems & Growth
• Use CRM, project management, scheduling and AI tools to organize your work.
• Follow established processes and suggest practical improvements.
• Track and report on marketing performance, consultation bookings and sales conversions.
• Identify opportunities to improve the client experience and support business growth. What You Bring
• Experience in digital marketing, social media management, content creation and/or sales.
• Hands-on experience filming and editing video content.
• A portfolio demonstrating your creative work.
• Strong spoken and written English.
• Excellent organization, communication and follow-up skills.
• A proactive approach and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Confidence working toward measurable goals and KPIs.




• Comfort learning new technology, CRM systems and AI tools.
• Professionalism, discretion and respect when handling client information.
• Availability to work in office in Brampton. Immigration industry experience is preferred but not required.
