Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Backend .
NET/GCP Engineer to lead a development team and deliver high-quality, scalable software solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in C#, .
NET technologies, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP), along with experience in cloud-native development, technical leadership, and software architecture. The candidate will manage a small client team, provide technical direction, establish development and deployment environments, and ensure adherence to coding standards, architectural principles, and software engineering best practices.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage a three-person client development team, including performance reviews, regular one-on-ones, coaching, and mentoring.
• Design and develop complex software components using C#, .
NET, and cloud-native technologies.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and work within conceptual, logical, physical, and deployment architecture views.
• Review code to ensure compliance with coding standards, Definition of Done, SOLID principles, design patterns, and architectural best practices.
• Work across full-stack development requirements, supporting both modern and legacy application architectures.
• Establish development environments, hosting infrastructure, deployment environments, and continuous integration pipelines.
• Integrate source control management (SCM) with CI/CD pipelines and configure automated builds.
• Define technical approaches, develop estimates, and lead the team in implementing solutions.
• Communicate with clients regarding new features, scope changes,



technical issues, and project progress.
• Establish and manage development tools, processes, and methodologies.
• Mentor developers, conduct technical interviews, and proactively identify and resolve project issues. Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of skilled experience in C# development.
• 4+ years of experience with .
NET technologies, including at least one of the following: Web API, ASP.
NET MVC, Blazor, or MAUI.
• 4+ years of experience with Azure technologies, including at least one of the following: Azure Functions, Event Hubs, Service Bus, Identity, Active Directory, AKS, Azure DevOps (AzDO), or API Management (APIM).
• 4+ years of experience with JavaScript, jQuery, Node.js, or related front-end web technologies.
• 4+ years of experience with unit testing.
• 3+ years of experience working with GCP technologies and cloud-native services.
• 2+ years of experience with GCP Cloud Run, including designing, scheduling, and executing batch jobs.
• 1+ year of experience creating hosting and deployment environments from scratch, with knowledge of containers and virtualization. Preferred Qualifications
• GCP Solutions certification.
• Experience managing cloud environments and understanding IT workflows in large enterprises.
• Strong experience implementing and consuming SOAP and REST services.
• Advanced debugging and troubleshooting skills.
• Expert-level database programming skills.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented design and development, including SOLID principles.
• In-depth knowledge of server operating systems, cloud hosting models, continuous integration, source control integration, and automated builds.
• Strong experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum.
