About the Role
We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Outreach Specialist to support our SEO and Digital PR initiatives, primarily focused on the Canadian market. You'll help build relationships with publishers, journalists, and website owners while identifying opportunities to strengthen our clients' online presence. This is a remote, part-time opportunity with the potential to grow into a full-time role as our projects expand. Previous experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right candidate.

What You'll Do
· Research relevant Canadian websites, media outlets, healthcare blogs, and community organizations.
· Identify high-quality backlink and Digital PR opportunities.
· Create personalized outreach emails and manage follow-ups.
· Build relationships with editors, journalists, and website owners.
· Secure relevant editorial mentions, guest contributions, and backlinks.
· Respond to journalist requests through platforms such as Qwoted and Featured.
· Maintain organized outreach records and provide regular progress updates.




· Collaborate with our SEO and marketing teams to support client growth. What We're Looking For
· Based in Canada or highly familiar with Canadian media and websites.
· Excellent written English and communication skills.
· Strong research, organizational, and time-management abilities.
· Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented.
· Comfortable communicating about healthcare and sensitive topics.
· Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Nice to Have:
· Experience in SEO, Digital PR, outreach, marketing, or journalism.
· Familiarity with Ahrefs, Semrush, BuzzStream, or Pitchbox.
· Experience with Google Sheets or outreach tracking tools.
