RV Sales Consultant – Bucars RV Centre (Balzac, just north of Calgary) Love the outdoors? Turn that passion into a rewarding sales career. Since 1959, Bucars has helped Western Canadians find their perfect RV. We’re locally owned, with 12 acres, a 14,000 sq ft showroom and a 19,000 sq ft service shop. We’re growing our sales team and want people who are friendly, driven and outstanding with customers. Sales experience is helpful, but we’ll train the right person. Pay
• Monthly guarantee plus commission, so you have steady income while you build your client base
• Commission is a percentage of each unit you sell, with no cap on earnings
• Expected annual earnings: $50,000–$150,000
• First-year consultants typically earn $50,000–$70,000; top performers earn $130,000+
• Bonus programs on top of commission Schedule
• Full-time, in person
• Peak season: 2 weekdays off per week
• Slow season: 2 weekdays off plus every Sunday
• Dealership closes for 2 weeks over Christmas What You’ll Do
• Help customers find the RV that fits their lifestyle and budget
• Walk customers through units and demonstrate features and benefits
• Follow up with current and prospective clients to build a repeat and referral business




• Follow our proven sales process and keep our CRM up to date
• Complete deal paperwork accurately
• Keep up to date on our inventory and new products, and take part in ongoing training and sales meetings What We’re Looking For
• A people person who listens well and communicates clearly
• Self-motivated, competitive and positive, and you enjoy working on a team
• Comfortable with computers and basic math
• Valid driver’s licence
• AMVIC salesperson registration, or willingness to get it (we’ll support you through the process)
• Bonus: a love of camping and RVing
• Bonus: 1+ year of sales experience
