As the Lead Operator, you aren't just an employee, you are an independent business owner with a clear path to asset ownership. The Potential & Revenue Projections:
• Target Production: Our facility is optimized for an production capacity supporting $120,000 in annual revenues just from the indoor mushroom production, and up to $700,000 in various revenue streams from the farm, events and ecotourism.
• Revenue Diversification: Beyond mushrooms, the partnership includes immediate revenue opportunities on year 1 and 2 from other crops such as honey and garlic production to support the farm’s early-stage cash flow.
• Ownership Path: After 30 months of successful operation, you have the formal option to acquire up to 50% equity ownership of the building and fixed assets. What We’ve Built for You:
