Role Description The Sales and Marketing Representative is a full-time, remote role based in Toronto, ON. This position is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. Day-to-day tasks include conducting outreach via calls, emails, and in-person meetings; presenting ZipCity’s catering solutions; and preparing proposals and quotations tailored to client needs. The role also involves supporting marketing campaigns, assisting with social media and digital initiatives, and collaborating with the team to develop promotional strategies that drive brand awareness and revenue growth.



The Sales and Marketing Representative will track performance metrics, provide regular updates to leadership, and contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes and customer experience. Qualifications
• Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening abilities.
• Customer Service skills focused on building trust, managing expectations, and resolving issues professionally.
• Sales skills with experience in lead generation, prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals.
• Sales & Marketing skills, including basic understanding of branding, campaigns, and market positioning.
• Training skills to educate clients and internal team members on products, services, and best practices.
• Previous experience in B2B sales, hospitality, catering, or food services is an asset.
• Ability to work on-site in Toronto, ON, manage a local territory, and travel to client locations as needed.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with proficiency in CRM tools and basic office software.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced setting and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.
