• Approximately 3-5 years of relevant OCM / change / transformation experience
• Experience supporting organizational change or business transformation
• Strong experience with change impact assessments
• Strong stakeholder management and engagement
• Experience developing and executing change communications and deliverables
• Experience working within a large, cross-functional transformation program
• Strong execution mindset
- must be comfortable doing the work, not only developing strategy
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to operate in ambiguity
• Self-starter who can independently drive assigned work forward
• Solid communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within an established PMO / governance structure Pluses:
• Consulting background
• PMP




• CCMP / Prosci or other change certification
• Project management experience
• Technology implementation experience
• Experience with ERP / Oracle-related transformations
• Hospitality or multi-site operations experience
• Training/readiness exposure
