Location:
Hamilton, ON Shift: Monday to Friday Timings: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pay Rate: $19/hr+ Commission
Responsibilities:
• Support sales and business development activities alongside the team
• Source, screen, and recruit candidates for various roles
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to placement
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure smooth hiring processes
Requirements:
• 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or staffing preferred
• Agency experience is an asset
• Bilingual candidates are an asset
• Robust communication and multitasking skills
• Must be highly active, self-motivated, and energetic
