Job description
• Greet customers in a qualified, courteous and attentive manner
• Answer the phone
• Book appointments for patients
• Open and update patient files
• Direct the patient to the right professional based on their needs
• Perform pretest exams (main task)
• Take care of invoicing and collections
• End of the day closing
• Place certain product orders via the computer system
