• Identify and escalate contractual or legal issues for review by leadership and external counsel. Technology, AI & Process Improvement
• Map recurring workflows and identify practical automation opportunities in reporting, accounting, contract management and franchise support.
• Use AI and business intelligence tools responsibly to support research, analysis and document preparation while verifying outputs and protecting confidential information.
• Develop standardized operating reports, templates and procedures that improve accuracy, accountability and efficiency. Qualifications
• University degree in business or a related discipline, preferably with exposure to finance, accounting or business law
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
Prior relevant work experience is welcome but not required; we place greater emphasis on aptitude, initiative and willingness to learn.
• Strong quantitative reasoning and a working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint, with an interest in developing skills in financial analysis, operating models, dashboards and business reporting.
• Curiosity, resourcefulness and a practical approach to solving problems, including a willingness to investigate unfamiliar issues and ask thoughtful questions.
• Strong organizational and writing skills, attention to detail, reliable follow-through and mature judgment when handling confidential information.
• Comfort working directly with studio managers and frontline staff, with a willingness to help carry improvements from analysis through implementation.
• Experience with franchise operations, commercial leases, Power BI, AI tools or business software is helpful but can be learned on the job.
• Exposure to business law, commercial contracts or legal research is an asset. Formal legal qualifications are not required; legal matters are coordinated with external counsel.
