About the Role
Join a team building AI software for designing physical systems. You will help develop the product experience and expand into backend systems, shipping features that support engineering design and simulation.

What You'll Do
• Work with a frontend engineer to improve the product interface and accelerate delivery to production.
• Take on backend-leaning full stack work, including new features, infrastructure, and systems.
• Own features from architecture through deployment and reliability.
• Establish practices for effective, agent-driven software development.
• Collaborate with field engineering, AI research, and product leadership to prototype and improve ideas for industrial customers. What We're Looking For
• Three to ten years of software engineering experience, including startup experience.
• Experience taking products or substantial features from concept through production,



with strong ownership and adaptability.
• Backend-focused full stack skills, including working frontend capabilities.
• Experience with .
NET, React, and TypeScript, and a robust interest in using AI coding agents.
• Experience owning architecture, deployment, and reliability end to end.
• Interest in physical systems, engineering design, CAD, or simulation.
• Based in the United States or Canada and authorized to work there without sponsorship. Compensation & Benefits Base

salary:
$200,000 to $275,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is not available. Location Hybrid, with a primary location in Canada and one week onsite in San Mateo, California, approximately every six weeks.
