This role focuses on providing excellent service, identifying new sales opportunities, and maintaining solid relationships with existing and prospective customers. Responsibilities and Qualifications

Key Responsibilities
· Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
· Promote and sell automotive parts and accessories.
· Identify new business and sales opportunities within the market.
· Respond to customer inquiries and provide product recommendations.
· Prepare quotes, follow up on leads, and support customer orders.
· Work closely with the Parts Department to ensure excellent customer service.
· Maintain accurate customer and sales activity records.
· Represent the dealership professionally during customer visits and interactions. Qualifications Qualifications
· Previous sales, automotive parts, or dealership experience is an asset.
· Experience with CDK dealership management software would be an asset.
· Strong communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
· Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently.
· Results-driven with a strong interest in sales and business development.
· Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills.
