take on meaningful work and learn how a business-support function operates inside a manufacturing company. Placement areas (we match you to your program)
• Finance: accounts payable and receivable, month-end support, reporting and cost analysis
• Human Resources: recruitment support, onboarding, employee records, training coordination and engagement
• IT: user support, systems and software support, and technology projects What you will do
• Support the day-to-day work of your team with a dedicated mentor
• Contribute to a project you can point to on your resume
• Learn the tools, processes and confidentiality expectations of your function
• Connect with other departments to understand how the business fits together Who we are looking for
• Enrolled in a college or university program in business, accounting, finance, human resources, information technology or a related field
• Organized, detail-oriented and comfortable handling confidential information
• Solid communication and a willingness to learn
