Key Responsibilities
Our Specialists bridge the gap between front-of-house luxury hospitality and back-of-house logistics:
• Guest Experience & Sales: Managing high-volume client bookings, multi-line phone communications, and driving spa revenue through membership acquisitions and service upgrades.
• Operations & Logistics:



Executing daily cash reconciliations, auditing retail inventory logs, and maintaining meticulous spa presentation.
