• Gain hands‑on experience in real construction estimation and coordination
• Strengthen communication and collaboration across project teams
• Build foundational project estimation skills in a practical environment Duties and

Responsibilities:
• Maintaining database of all quotes received for active tenders
• Track all active tender close dates and required information for closing
• Create projects in Procore for all awarded tenders
• Prepare proposals for tenders, if needed
• Generate presentations for clients and internal meetings Must -haves:
• Working towards a university degree or college diploma in a related field such as Mechanical Engineering or applicable education
• Attention to detail and ability to find important information in tender documents




• Strong computer skills with hands-on working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
• Team player, energetic, resourceful, reliable and timely
• Eager to work and learn in a fast-paced industry Nice-to-haves:
• Related work experience is an asset, including from other co-op placements, internships, projects
• Experience in the construction industry a solid asset but not mandatory
• Customer service experience would be an asset as this role will be required to follow-up with subtrades on quotes Salary range for this position is $23
