As Assistant Director, Operational Accounting, you will support, coach, and develop accounting team members. You will review journal entries, reconciliations, and analyses while overseeing banking, accounts payable, and premium collections. The role also covers IFRS, internal controls, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
