This regular full-time position supports projects affecting product accountabilities and policy administration systems. You will analyze portfolio issues, assess solutions, and connect project impacts across teams. The work draws on insurance products, client understanding, stakeholder relationships, and agile experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead product accountability expertise across change implementation projects
- Analyze portfolio issues and quantify potential solutions
- Identify project interconnectivity and share impact insights
- Facilitate high-level requirements meetings with stakeholders
- Coach staff and improve project delivery, usability, and maintainability
Requirements:
- Minimum five years in insurance underwriting, claims, or analytics
- Related secondary diploma or degree
- CIP or FCIP designation completed or in progress
- Expertise in products, policy wordings, and insurance legislation
- Robust agile experience and English proficiency
