Build React and TypeScript products remotely from Canada for Knotch, working across AI-generated experiences and enterprise analytics applications. Shape frontend systems used by recognizable brands. As a Senior Front End Engineer, you will split your time between Knotch ACE and Knotch One. You will work with Next.js App Router, Redux, GraphQL, styled-components, data visualization, and streamed component descriptions. The work combines greenfield design with careful changes in mature codebases.
Key Responsibilities
Build features across both applications using existing conventions Develop schemas and renderers for streamed AI-generated layouts Create multi-tenant theming with tokens and brand configurations Maintain embeds running inside customer websites Set testing, accessibility, and performance standards
Requirements:
Six-plus years building production React applications Daily TypeScript experience, including runtime data typing Next.js App Router or comparable rendering framework experience Large-codebase experience fitting earlier technical decisions Accessible UI, testing, and scalable CSS experience Bring senior React, TypeScript, accessibility, and frontend architecture expertise to Knotch’s AI-native products serving enterprise brands.
