We're seeking a Senior Go Developer for a full-time, hybrid position based in our Toronto office. This role focuses on backend microservices development in a high-scale gaming and mobile application environment. Maintain, refactor, and enhance a large existing Go codebase to improve performance, scalability, and long-term maintainability Identify and reduce technical debt through thoughtful design and adherence to best practices. Evaluate system designs, propose architectural improvements, and take initiative in system redesign efforts. Own the complete feature lifecycle—from requirements and technical planning to implementation, testing, and production delivery.



Consistently deliver high-quality work on schedule and make a meaningful impact on system architecture and overall performance. Technical Skills 5+ years of professional Go development experience*
