· Three days per week in the office Backed by the scientific expertise of Iconthin Biotech , we develop thoughtfully formulated products to support everyday wellness. We are looking for a creative, hands-on Content Strategist to develop engaging content for international audiences, including Mandarin-speaking consumers. This role combines content planning, writing, creator coordination and performance review. Fluent Mandarin and hands-on RedNote / Xiaohongshu experience are required. Develop content plans and maintain editorial calendars. Write Mandarin social posts, short-video scripts, campaign copy and creative briefs. Create and manage content for RedNote / Xiaohongshu and other relevant channels. Research audience interests, platform trends and content formats. Adapt brand content for different audiences while maintaining a consistent voice. Collaborate with designers, video creators and marketing colleagues. Support creator collaborations and community engagement. Review content performance and recommend improvements.



Maintain accurate product information and coordinate internal content reviews. Manage content deadlines and organize creative materials. Support related content and communications projects at our parent company, Iconthin Biotech, when needed. Fluent spoken and written Mandarin. Hands-on experience creating and managing RedNote / Xiaohongshu content. Strong English communication skills for collaboration with the team. Understanding of RedNote content discovery, community engagement and creator collaborations. Experience with wellness, beauty, supplements or other consumer brands is an asset. Familiarity with content creation and editing tools is an asset. Flexible schedule around team collaboration needs. Hybrid working arrangements with three office days each week in Downtown Toronto.
