This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing ideas to life, developing campaigns, partnerships, and programs that attract and retain retail customers, while also supporting ongoing client relationships. This is a hands‑on, creative role focused on building awareness, driving traffic, and enhancing the customer experience. Develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotions Create creative programs to attract new retail customers Build partnerships with local groups (sports teams, community organizations, etc.) Support and manage relationships with existing customers and partners This is a great fit for someone who is creative, proactive, and excited to build something from the ground up.
