Quality Control (QC) Chemist
- Full-Time, Permanent Company Overview Bio Agri Mix LP has been a leading Canadian manufacturer of animal feed medicants and animal health products for over 40 years. Located in Mitchell, Ontario , we are a Health Canada licensed , FDA approved , and HACCP certified facility serving the Canadian market. We are currently seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Quality Control Chemist to join our growing QC team to fill an open position. The QC Chemist reports into the QC Manager. They perform laboratory analyses and maintain documentation to ensure compliance with Health Canada, FDA, and HACCP guidelines for manufacturing medicated feed additives. Eligible after a successful 90-day probation period Group RSP Plan: Eligible after a successful 90-day probation period Holiday Bonus: $1,000 (pro-rated based on start date and active days worked) Day Shift: Monday to Thursday | 8:00 AM
- 4:30 PM | and Friday 8:00 AM
- 4 PM In office position

- and become part of the BAM team Perform chemical, physical, spectroscopic, and chromatographic testing of raw materials and finished products Maintain accurate laboratory records in accordance with cGMP standards Prepare and complete documentation for material release Ensure laboratory equipment and environment meet cGMP requirements Analytical laboratory experience Experience with the use, calibration, and maintenance of laboratory equipment in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, or a related science field Knowledge of pharmaceutical QC laboratory operations preferred LC-MS experience considered an asset ~ Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or valid work permit).
