attend and take minutes at project meetings with the Project Manager Solve problems and keep projects moving Review construction documents and keep everyone informed 2+ years as a Project Administrator or Project Coordinator in commercial construction ~ Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, MS Project) ~ The ability to work closely with superintendents, office staff and field staff ~ Strong organization and time management, and you work well under pressure ~ Procore experience, which is a big asset Competitive salary of $70,000 to $85,000, depending on experience Bonus opportunity Health, dental, vision, disability and life insurance On-site parking Hours are Monday to Friday, 7:30 to 4:30, with a 1-hour lunch.
