Take charge as the Project Director of Business Transformation, leading development engineering at the City. Your strategic vision will guide process improvements and enhance organizational performance.

In this full-time role, you will report to the Director of Engineering Review. With your leadership experience, you will implement transformational initiatives and work closely with executives to develop a future-state operating model. You’ll also coach diverse teams to achieve high standards in service delivery and operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
• Design and implement functional policies for business performance
• Lead team management and delegation of responsibilities
• Develop and administer the annual budget for the team




• Drive transformational initiatives to improve development review
• Provide project updates and reports to the Steering Committee

Requirements:
• Extensive experience in managing major change initiatives
• Proven leadership in complex, large-scale projects
• Robust analytical and communication skills
• Ability to negotiate effectively with stakeholders
• Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent experience
