As a Senior Customer Implementation Specialist, you will manage multiple implementations from contract signing through successful launch. You will coordinate hardware installation, software configuration, training, and go-live support while maintaining proactive communication. The role serves liquor retailers using Scotch’s POS, payments, inventory, and reporting platform. Key Responsibilities:
