Lead Integrated Logistics Support for AirPro’s FWSAR Program, combining fleet sustainment expertise with multidisciplinary team leadership in a hybrid work model. As ILS Manager, you will oversee the support system for the CC295 Kingfisher fleet. Your work aligns ILS disciplines with contractual, operational, and lifecycle requirements. You will guide aircraft maintenance planning, performance management, and stakeholder coordination across AirPro, Airbus Defence and Space, PAL Aerospace, and the Royal Canadian Air Force. Key Responsibilities:

Lead multidisciplinary ILS priorities, resources, measures, and employee development Maintain accountability for FWSAR support system effectiveness Coordinate aircraft induction and maintenance work scope development Oversee fleet management, LSA, reliability, obsolescence, and publications Monitor readiness,



availability, risks, and corrective actions Requirements:

Undergraduate degree in engineering, aviation management, logistics, or related discipline At least eight years in aerospace, defence, military aviation, ILS, ISS, or sustainment At least five years leading technical or multidisciplinary support teams Experience with aircraft sustainment, maintenance planning, fleet, or support systems Solid analytical, organizational, communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills Bring ILS leadership, aircraft sustainment, and fleet readiness expertise to AirPro’s FWSAR program and CC295 Kingfisher support system.
