The GTM Unit Manager supervises unionized Class 1 Drivers and supports a positive, safe work environment. You will manage employee performance against operational standards and scorecard objectives. The position requires transportation or logistics experience, coaching ability, and knowledge of applicable policies and procedures.

Requirements:
- College diploma or equivalent qualification
- Minimum two years transportation, logistics, or LTL experience
