Lead RBC’s Saint-Jérôme branch through client experience, team coaching, and market growth. This full-time role requires English and French bilingualism.
As Branch Manager, you will lead a local market, motivate employees, and represent RBC within the community. You will build relationships with RBC partners, encourage collaboration, and support digital enablement and multichannel usage. The role also emphasizes employee capability and engagement.

Requirements:
- Mutual Funds accreditation and two years’ recent licensed sales experience
- Completed mutual fund branch management exam or exam eligibility
- Three years’ experience in people management
- Entrepreneurial mindset focused on business acquisition
- English and French bilingualism required for client service
