The Compliance Officer joins Ericsson’s CIRA team within the Compliance Office. This senior role leads assessments from planning through remediation follow-up, examining compliance and integrity exposure. It requires skilled judgement, attention to detail, stakeholder management, and evidence-based reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and scope country, business, and functional assessments
- Conduct structured stakeholder interviews and challenge inconsistencies
- Perform transaction testing and complex data analysis
- Assess regulatory, third-party, culture, and governance risks
- Report findings and monitor remediation through closure
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline
- At least 10 years’ relevant professional experience
- Knowledge of international compliance and integrity risks
- Strong Excel, PowerPoint, interviewing, and investigative skills
- Willingness to travel for CIRA fieldwork
