Lead Fatburger restaurant operations during assigned shifts using cash handling, guest service, food preparation, and Team Member oversight skills. Shift work is required.

The Fatburger Shift Lead provides basic supervision during scheduled shifts, including when the Operator is absent. This position supports restaurant standards for quality, cooking times, presentation, service, atmosphere, cleanliness, sanitation, safety, and staff job satisfaction. You will help deliver a premium guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor Team Members and restaurant operations during assigned shifts
- Follow cash procedures and track shift income deposits
- Greet guests, take orders, prepare food, and visit tables
- Control waste, portioning, quality,



cooking times, and presentation
- Complete shift checklists and maintain sanitation and safety standards

Requirements:

- High school diploma
- One to two years of related experience or training
- Basic to intermediate computer literacy
- Team building and effective time management skills
- Ability to work late nights, weekends, holidays, and shifts
