The Bilingual Patient Services Specialist supports patients, healthcare providers, and payers within Patient Support Programs. This administrative role coordinates reimbursement activities, maintains accurate documentation, and facilitates access to prescribed therapies. You will collaborate with private insurers, provincial drug plans, physician offices, and patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate reimbursement documentation for patients and healthcare stakeholders
- Submit forms to private and provincial drug plans
- Track coverage decisions and provide timely status updates
- Maintain accurate case notes in patient databases
- Document adverse events according to requirements
Requirements:
- Three or more years of related administrative experience
- Fluency in written and spoken English and French
- High school diploma or equivalent education and experience
- Solid data entry and documentation skills
