Reporting to the Program Lead or designate, this LPN provides nursing care to assigned patients and residents. The position follows Northern Health policies, British Columbia standards, and established protocols. It involves collaboration with an interdisciplinary team while practicing independently within scope. Care supports physical, social, spiritual, and psychological needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide nursing care to assigned patients and residents
- Participate in care plans, assessments, and interventions
- Document information and evaluate patient care
- Advocate for patients and residents
- Respond to and report incidents appropriately

Requirements:

- Licensed Practical Nurse qualification
- Dedication to compassionate patient care
- Ability to work within LPN scope
- Ability to access RN or RPN support appropriately
- Ability to support a safe, respectful setting
