Train school bus drivers at Stock Transportation using behind-the-wheel coaching, safety evaluations, and accident investigation skills in Ontario or Alberta. Support safe pupil transportation.

As a Safety Trainer, you will conduct and document driver training and semi-annual evaluations. You will assist recruitment, facilitate safety meetings, and support customer and company safety programs. The work requires commercial driving experience and knowledge of student transportation regulations and regional laws.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct and document behind-the-wheel driver training
- Complete semi-annual behind-the-wheel driver evaluations
- Participate in monthly safety meetings and programs
- Investigate, report,



and record vehicle accidents and incidents
- Review driver records, VCRs, licenses, and certificates

Requirements:

- High school diploma or GED
- Commercial driving experience and appropriate vehicle class license
- Current medical and school bus driver certificates
- Knowledge of adult training techniques and transportation regulations
- Computer literacy and solid communication skills
