Reporting to the Health & Wellness Manager or Director of Care, the Health Care Aide follows individualized care plans and company standards. The position serves residents in independent living, assisted living, and memory care settings. Responsibilities include personal hygiene, mobility support, reporting changes, and emotional assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Follow care plans determined by the supervisor
- Assist residents with hygiene and daily living activities
- Support ambulation, transfers, mobility, and adaptive aids
- Observe and report resident condition changes
- Maintain confidentiality and resident safety

Requirements:

- Health Care Aide program graduate or provincial equivalent
- Experience supporting seniors in community health services
- Solid written, oral, interpersonal, and customer-focused skills
- Organizational and time management skills
- Ability to lift and transfer clients
