As an Assistant Superintendent, you will support the Superintendent across construction activities and help maintain project delivery standards. Your work will include reviewing drawings and specifications, coordinating manpower and materials, monitoring safety, and addressing schedule difficulties. Industrial or commercial experience is preferred, while hospital or healthcare construction experience is an asset.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the Superintendent with onsite construction compliance
- Support schedules, manpower, materials, inspections, and equipment




- Monitor work performance and safety requirements
- Identify work interferences and help resolve problems
- Maintain cost reports and submit necessary changes

Requirements:

- Construction degree or diploma, or equivalent experience
- Three to five years of construction experience
- Working knowledge of scheduling and project management software
- Ability to evaluate problems and develop workable solutions
- Industrial or commercial experience preferred
