Schedule: 5 days/week, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, including every Saturday

Days Off: Sunday + one weekday (Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday, based on clinic schedule)

We're hiring a Clinical Coordinator for either of our clinics in – Langley (Walnut Grove) OR Abbotsford. We're looking for someone who lives in or near by areas and can commute easily to either location. If you value being part of your local community, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

- Manage Clinic Flow: Coordinate appointments and triage patient referrals with care and professionalism
- Be the Connection: Communicate and collaborate with doctors, specialists, and allied healthcare professionals
- Keep Us Moving: Oversee clinic operations,



including inventory management and processing sleep test equipment
- Administrative Rockstar: Support insurance paperwork and other administrative tasks

What You Bring

- 3+ years of experience in administration, coordination, retail or a service-based role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfort with MS Office, Google Workspace, OR other work based platforms with great typing skills
- Availability to work every Saturday (mandatory)
- Flexibility for split days off: Sunday plus one weekday between Tuesday and Thursday
- Residence in or near Langley, Abbotsford, or surrounding Fraser Valley communities, with a reliable commute to work on-site at our Langley (Walnut Grove) or Abbotsford clinics
- Legal eligibility to work full time in Canada (we are unable to provide work sponsorship)
