As a Lead Representative, you inspect and service products throughout assigned hospitals or medical centers. You maintain inventory and provide Daniels Health's first customer service line. Daily coordination includes drivers, operations personnel, sales teams, corporate support staff, nurses, and environmental services managers. The work includes field service coverage, management support, clinical staff training, waste audits, and customer installs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Travel between five hospitals and service assigned facilities
- Inspect containers and follow the Daily Service Schedule




- Exchange containers and transport full containers to storage
- Resolve concerns and train field service representatives
- Lead customer installs and perform waste audits

Requirements:

- At least one year of previous lead experience
- Personal transportation to multiple hospitals
- Standard hospital vaccinations and required screenings
- Warehouse labor experience with repetitive container lifting
- Ability to lift 40 pounds and push 300 pounds
