Lead plating operations at TTM Technologies during the afternoon shift, applying wet process chemistry and PCB manufacturing expertise. Supervise employees and maintain protected production.

This Plating Production Supervisor oversees etching, stripping, copper plating, and electroless copper processing. The position coordinates workflow, monitors equipment, and supports quality requirements. It also guides employees across safety, documentation, troubleshooting, and standard operating procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate afternoon plating operations and employee assignments
- Monitor production flow, targets, quality, and customer requirements
- Maintain chemical equipment parameters and process controls
- Address quality, equipment, and chemical bath issues




- Complete shift records and compliance documentation

Requirements:

- Thorough plating and wet process chemistry knowledge
- Three to five years wet process or plating experience preferred
- Previous manufacturing lead or supervisory experience preferred
- Knowledge of chemical handling, hazardous waste, and WHMIS preferred
- Ability to lift 40 pounds and stand throughout shifts
